The hotel offers great ocean views and a good breakfast with fresh oysters. We enjoyed the spacious room with a private terrace. The parking was hassle-free and the staff were genuinely helpful.
the spa fees could be clearer 😊

The location was excellent with only a short walk to beach and village. Breakfast was excellent and had lots of choices.
The pool could be opened earlier in the morning than 9pm before breakfast like most other hotels with facilities. The evening dinner menu should be more varied and generous with portions.

All in all they offer nice service. It has brilliant, great setting, right by the bay, Novotel Thalassa Dinard, and the beach overlooking the sea...

Fine views and great service in Dinard 🌊
Wow, the breakfast was lekker and so varied! We even got a warm welcome drink, such a nice touch. The staff were all super friendly. The room was super comfy, and the whole place just radiated a great vibe.
Just a minor hiccup with parking being a bit full on the weekend-had to wait a bit.

A Very good location. Excellent views. Good linguistic skills of staff.
The building is getting tired, time for a review of details, not good enough just to use maintenance staff to keep it alive. After many years in the service industries I would be happy to elaborate. Car parking is only just acceptable, a parking attendant would ease the frustration caused when seeking a space.

Fairly clean place with amazing and sensational breakfasts. Elegant-style building, spotless and stylish rooms with seaview and french windows. Fresh and outstanding food for breakfast. Free parking in the hotel provided. Everything wonderful.
Impolite staff!

The spa experience was quite relaxing and enjoyable.
I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in our room, particularly in the corners and around the tiles. There was noticeable dirt and even cobwebs present, unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to be a four-star hotel. The lack of basic amenities like connected phones or simple cleanliness contributes to a feeling of neglect that is hard to overlook.

Fantastic location on cliff edge with direct access to beach and sea. Wonderful grounds and high terraces for views. Very modern with lovely pool and spa options. Very comfortable beds and good size standard rooms (bigger than it said on booking .com's website) Excellent breakfasts available on the large terrace if fine. Try to get a deal with brekky included otherwise it is expensive. Plenty of car parking in grounds Easy walking of other fab beaches and restaurants Not advertised but there was a kitchenette in our room with full set of crockery, cutlery etc - great if you have kids
No air conditioning in standard rooms (and probably other rooms) and no windows to open apart from double doors.

Superb location with views across the bay to the old City of St Malo. Loved our room fitted out like a beach hut. Well fitted kitchenette with crockery cutlery and microwave and breakfast bar. Good bathroom. Fantastic Thalasso with sea water swimming pool and hot pool included in room price.
Breakfast expensive at 18 Euros but having kitchen could bring in everything needed and have breakfast in the room. Restaurant gets very busy in the evenings so book ahead if you want to eat there.

It is clean and huge hotel, the staff are amazingly nice and location so near to the center is favourable and gorgeous. The rooms are beautifully maintained and they have a small kitchen and terrace. A gourmet restaurant has excellent meals.

Great sea views, especially from the restaurant terrace and spa terraces. Our room was a good size with a contemporary nautical theme and a small outside terrace. Lots of comfortable public spaces, use of a swimming pool and a thalassotherapy jet pool together with outside sun terraces. Dinard has a good number of restauants a 20 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel convenient for St Malo port - 15 minute drive
Take toiletries. There was only a wall-mounted squeezy bottle of shower gel and a couple of small bars of soap. The hotel does not provide separate shampoo, conditioner or body lotion etc - essential after spending time in the salt water pool. The receptionist was rather gruff on leaving which left an unfortunate poor last impression.
